Hope Richards is the founder of Richards Law Firm, P.A. and the owner of Monarch Escrow Services of Florida, an attorney-owned title and escrow company serving clients throughout the State of Florida.

With nearly two decades of legal experience, Hope has built her practice around helping individuals, families, business owners, real estate investors, and real estate professionals navigate some of life’s most important financial and legal decisions. Her practice focuses on real estate law, wills, trusts and estate planning, business planning, asset protection, and title matters.

What sets Hope apart is her unique combination of legal knowledge and real-world experience. In addition to representing clients as an attorney, she has personally invested in real estate and spent years working alongside buyers, sellers, investors, lenders, Realtors, brokers, property managers, and business owners. This practical experience allows her to provide advice that goes beyond legal theory and focuses on real-world solutions.

Hope regularly serves as legal counsel and advisor to real estate investors, private lenders, brokerages, title companies, entrepreneurs, and growing businesses throughout Florida. She is also a sought-after speaker and educator, frequently teaching on topics including real estate law, contract negotiation, title issues, and estate planning strategies.

As her practice has evolved, and she witnessed the hardships families face due to a lack of estate planning, Hope has expanded her focus to help families and business owners create comprehensive estate plans designed to protect loved ones, preserve wealth, avoid unnecessary probate, and provide peace of mind for future generations. She believes estate planning is one of the most important gifts a person can leave behind and is passionate about helping clients create plans tailored to their unique goals and circumstances.

Originally from rural Mississippi, Hope earned her Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Mississippi before obtaining her Juris Doctor from Thomas Jefferson School of Law. She now lives in Central Florida with her two sons. When she is not practicing law, she can usually be found at a soccer field, in the kitchen, traveling, or balancing the many responsibilities that come with being a business owner and mom to two busy teenagers.
