Hope Richards is a partner and the managing attorney for the real estate division of Reifkind, Thompson & Rudzinski, LLP’s 6 offices across the state of Florida. She is also the owner and managing partner of RTR Title which is one of the fastest growing, full service, investor friendly title companies in Florida with fully staffed offices in Orlando, Kissimmee, Tampa, Ft. Lauderdale, and Jacksonville.

She has extensive experience in the Florida real estate market not only as an attorney, but also as an investor. Possessing both legal and real world experience in the ever-changing real estate market allows her to have a keen understanding of what it takes to help her clients meet their real estate goals.

Hope serves as chief counsel for private lenders, brokerages, and property management firms along with consulting other title companies across the country on how to become “investor friendly”.

Ms. Richards was born and raised in Mississippi where she obtained her B.S. in Biology from the University of Mississippi and her J.D. from Thomas Jefferson School of Law. She lives in Orlando with her two sons who keep her busy as chief chauffeur, chef, and head housekeeper.
